If this was a case of out right disrespecting a judge I'd say your comments have a point however this is far and beyond what most people would call reasonable. He was attempting to sit when the judge called his name, at that point he would be required to stand if the judge were addressing him. It's a case of a confused defendant and an out of control judge.]]>
