And he would have had no problem explaining that after the fact, except that he mouthed off to the judge by saying he was obeying &quot;Under duress.&quot;<br/><br/>That's contempt for the court, bub.<br/><br/>And he was punished for it, albeit rather lightly, with just 3 days in jail. He was attempting to sit when the judge called his name, at that point he would be required to stand if the judge were addressing him.  It's a case of a confused defendant and an out of control judge.]]></description></item></channel></rss>
