Girls Night Out

Never actually connected to the people millionaire Jeanne Shaheen got elected to the US Senate to some degree on the coat tails of the change rhetoric that ushered in Mr. Obama. But much like BHO we are discovering that the sales pitch was nothing but a sales pitch. It was a hook to make a sale after which actual service would come based on terms buried in fine print. The terms were “more of the same,” and in some cases, with amplification.
Obama is still campaigning on how we went to the polls a year ago and cast ballots for the future we wanted to see. But a year later we have not seen it, as he has yet to govern based on the future he promised. In somewhat similar fashion, Millionaire Jeanne Shaheen railed against her then opponent Senator John Sununu for being disconnected from the rest of us, and presenting a culture of insider corruption where a privileged few get access and influence over ‘our’ representatives and their votes in the US Senate.
Shaheen promised to approach the swamp with a goal of being a man (figuratively) of the people who elected her. If you believed her then, while beholden to abortion PAC’s and Trial Lawyers, you might not care about this. She recently attended a ‘dinner’ at the house of millionaires Heather and Tony Podesta. It was something of a girls night out, with Heather hosting five female Senators in her two million dollar home. A seat at the table cost $30,400.00.
That amount of grease always comes with some expectations of future reciprocation. Let’s call it privileged insider influence, shall we?

Shaheen is a mugwamp -- can't answer a question in a debate, or directly and thus can't be trusted to serve us. Who knew?
