F - Again- Istan

Hints of a 'War Tax' and comical rumors of attention deficit disorder, (that's where people hear Obama say they are going to focus on deficit reduction but no one pays any attention) tell us exactly what the plan is for Afghanistan.  Cutting troop levels to save American lives (lives lost arguably to poor leadership on his part) will help America reduce its debt burden in this time of crisis.

We're out of there.

Special forces and drone attacks will herald our exit, for some as yet undefined time frame, after which we will make a hasty retreat, leaving behind some aid for the UN peace keepers or whatever powerless 'entity' is stuck with pretending to assist in stability and training.

That will be our major budget cutting measure.
