Press leak in UK Guardian today points to secret agreement at the Climate sunmmit to punish third world countries and help advanced countries; places the World bank in front and tosses UN under the bus.

World bank is run primarily by large US banks and bankers, all of whom have to answer to Obama.  Many of whom have donated large sums to his campaign.

World bank/Obama takes over the world.

So that’s what Hopenchangehan is all about.

There are no black helicopters, no conspiracy. It's a concerted out in the open effort to control the people and governments of the world via carbon taxes, health care for (in their own words) 'mortality' control. Those are the lynchpins of the agenda and the reason these two non-issues are so urgent is they are the agenda of the presidents controllers. Our Congress has less and less power. BHO knows the climate change gig is up, and so now has threatened to use the EPA to override Congress. You think he was smart enough to think of that himself?
