Premeditation

Prior to September 25th 2009 Nashua Rep Brian Poznanski (D-Budweiser) filed an  LSR (2010-H-2523-R) that would have allowed underage drinkers to seek medical help without fear of prosecution for breaking the State laws on alcohol.  So what exactly does "allowing underage drinkers to seek medical help without fear of prosecution" really mean?  Claiming to be a teenage alcoholic in the absence of the presence of internal alcohol is not a crime.   Seeking treatment is always an option.   So why write a law unless it was a legislative mulligan to let teenage drinkers off the hook?  

Then a month later in October, 2009 the LSR's sponsor Rep Poznanski (D-Coors) was himself arrested at a house party in Bedford for underage drinking.  

Given the time line and dynamics might we assume that Rep. Poznanski (D-Kegger) could be a serial violator of the current law, or party to its violation by others? 

I continue to assert that the real crime was violating the oath of office by breaking state law in front of at least 24 witnesses. But 2010-H-2523-R adds a new wrinkle.  We are now forced to consider that Brian has been breaking or condoning the violation of a state law he found inconvenient, in the presence of others, for some time.   Democrat party leadership at its finest.

Reminds us that the best way to get the tax you want is spend your way into it.  And that's exactly what they've tried to do with the budget which also might explainwhy the demo-House leaders have no rule to deal with Brian's indiscretion. 

But now they have no LSR either.  The inconvenient arrest of Brian Poznanski (D-Heineken) for underage drinking has made it too hot to handle.  It's been pulled.  So has he promised to seek therapy?

It is the standard democrat dodge.
