Progress for New Hampshire.

Its the new year. A new legislative session will soon be starting and as always there is the promise and idea that there can be progress and prosperity for New Hampshire. Recently, I found this its called Clairton Works (Hopper cars). It was done in 2004 by an artist named Craig McPherson. When I saw it the first thought that came to my mind was and is: progress.

Progress for New Hampshire.

This scene reminds me of Bethlehem Steel in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and not only its rich heritage in industry, but of its immediate future as a redeveloped steel mill that is transformed into a casino and tourism destination. I think a scene like this exists in Berlin, New Hampshire. A scene that would be better. With the snow capped White Mountains in the background and recreational activities and tourism that simply does not exist in the state of Pennsylvania. Increased tourism would be good for all of New Hampshire.

It is a new legislative session. Rep. Edmond Gionet and other legislators have introduced bills to allow for progress in New Hampshire. I'm confident they will work very hard to bring this legislation to the Senate and Governor Lynch. I hope that you will join them in bringing progress to New Hampshire.
