This is UTUBE video that I found showing a Manchester Police Officer slamming the head of a west high school student against a table.
I'll let you watch the video and make your own judgement as to what transpired. But I heard the audible thunk and then the females screaming and yet somehow I didn't hear the officer explain any constitutional rights that this individual has. Including being "arrested, searched, fingerprinted and placed in a holding cell at the Manchester Police Department."
And for what?
Police State or Police School or both.
I hope the Honorable Mayor and Chief Mara get some calls on this one.
