This is a follow up video from the Manchester West High School issue I posted below.

It's interesting how the principal of the school defines 'disorderly.' She emphasized on at least two occasions. "It's in the hands of the Manchester Police Department." she said.

Really. So who exactly is running the school and pressing the charges if there are any charges to begin with the school or the Manchester Police Department?


My take after a long trying day at work:

The State is the authority that maintains the order. If you don't agree then your disorderly. Not rights, not negotiation, not communication, not rules, not school resources; and all in an educational and learning environment that is financed by the very state that maintains the order. This seems to be a system that works well.

I hope the Manchester Police Department has a chance to look at this video.
