It's still early in the election and campaign cycle. This being said I thought Jim Rubens for U.S. Senate was going to be the long-shot in the races.
Frank Guinta for Congress is in almost the same situation that the Rubens campaign is in. Sure the name recognition might be better, but in the minds of the voters?
Guinta opened his campaign with the only real strategy that is available. Negative.
If you notice that he didn't discuss his record of achievement(s) in either Manchester or his previous term in Congress.
