I'll state it upfront as I've done in the past. I don't know alot about the Free State Project. This is in addition to political groups like Free Keene and Free Manchester.
What I do know is often from UTUBE which shows groups like this (as an example) walking in a court room and challenging a judge pro se on every constitutional point that has existed since colonial times. Meanwhile, these same individuals are being charged with such things as speeding, misuse of license plates and failure to display an inspection sticker. There opening statement in the videos, "Is liberty dying where you live."
As a NH native I'd say the answer to this question would be yes but it has nothing to do with liberty or the law. It would have to be more to do with issues like transitional economies, hegemony from Massachusetts and individuals that have relocated to New Hampshire that have made the "choice not to obey the laws."
I'm sure my position may be either debateable and I might even be wrong.
In any case I've learned of a new political group called "Kill The Quill." From what I've been able to find out, which is limited this is a group that is opposed to the Free State Project and what their plans are for New Hampshire.
It should be interesting to see how all of this shakes out.
