I remember what I ran for the NH House in 1994 getting at least ten to fifteen 'candidate questionares' in my mailbox in everything from gun control to right to work.
And they were generic, lousy questionares are well. Tediously designed they would ask questions like on a scale of 1 to 10 what you do you feel about this issue? Doing these questionares wasn't very productive at all, at least for me it wasn't.
Let's move on...
Several days ago I mailed out a 'candidate questionare' to the three declared candidates for State Senate District #1 and these are incumbent Sen. Jeff Woodburn, Rep. Leon Rideout and Dolly McPhaul. Wouldn't it be even more interesting if more candidates signed up to run. But, I'm getting off topic.
In any case I avoided generatization(s) and scales in my questions, instead asking questions relevant to District #1. There were 13 questions in all.
It should be interesting to see if they respond.
