The more I'm reading the Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA); more commonly OBamacare the more I' m convinced that the state senate did the right move in voting against it's implementation.
I read part of the 1500 page bill. The glaring problem for New Hampshire is the exchange itself and the fact that there is only one provider, Anthem.
A monopoly in any context is always bad for the consumer.
The second part of this is a revenue source. The federal government provides funds for three years but what after the three years?
An income tax for New Hampshire?
