Recently a group of Military Moms went to visit Congressman Paul Hodes (D-NH02) to confront him on his stands on Iraq and artifical withdrawal timelines.

Way to go families! Boy does Hodes look uncomfortable- he will be less comfortable come November.

Hodes does support the troops - by trying to bring them home. Hodes is like the majority of Americans, he is against President Bush's opened ended occupation of Iraq.

Saying he supports them by bringing them home is such an overused and trite.

What the military relatives were saying and what Hodes NEVER answered for them was how does cutting funding for the military, which they have done, in any way support the troops on the ground? It does not.

You don't tell the enemy WHEN you are going to withdraw! That is ENDANGERMENT.

What the heck is his WIFE doing there? She wasn't elected so why is she even talking to these mothers??? Talk about a Hillary wannabe! Disgusting.

And it's true -- wars are won with words and propaganda. The enemy sees the country fighting with each other, they will get the upper hand. If they see cohesion and resolve it's a physcological advantage. Right now Hodes and Porter are doing the USS and its servicemen a great disservice because they are giving the enemy the advantage. Anyway, for these creeps it's all about making the other side look bad since when Clinton allowed our troops to be undersupplied and demoralized and dragged through the streets of Somalia, you did not hear them complaining then, did you.

I agree thats really weird that his wife is there. Probably to make him more approachable.

Any way I could get the name of the woman who spoke at the end there? She is tough...I would not want to be staring her down in front of the press.
